I’m a disabled veteran. As a country, we’ve learned nothing since that day. Our political figures rape, steal, and pander to the lowest common denominator, lies are found, allegiances are formed, and violence erupts. The people suffer, and those politicians’ checks just keep on coming. Lather, rinse, repeat. As a species, we are crap, and deserve to suffer. We shot a missile at a UFO for fuck’s sake! That’s an actual event that’s on the official congressional record! I guess that’s how we say hello in America.
