No one else ever decorates down our street, so we decided to flip it around this year. Instead of decorating our inner courtyard, we decided to do it where traffic and pedestrians may enjoy the scene. Of course, all of this will be for nothing if shitheads steal any of it. It’s a test year, and we’re not quite finished.
