We need to talk…

I was just informed by my ten year old son that he knows “Duck, Duck, Goose.”

I’m so confused.

Of all the cool things today’s kids don’t know about…

Of all the cool stuff – video game arcades, glam metal, Crystal Pepsi – that’s been tossed by the wayside, “Duck, Duck, Goose” survived?

Who makes these decisions?

Who got rotated into that office upon the results of the latest election?

Hank Williams III?

Actually, I don’t know where Hank III sits politically, I just remember his music being fire when I was drunk. I can still imagine the putrid smell of a dozen or so nearly-empty Lone Star bottles with Marlboro’s floating in them. That, and honeysuckle. Ah, pasture parties. A lot of people in this country think life begins at conception, therefore a few of you have been to a pasture party whether you knew it or not. No, none of you look like me, regardless of what your grandma keeps yelling. Shouldn’t she be dead yet?

Blessings on a Monday night…

Also, there’s a few other things not listed here that are floating around out there. Best of luck with the hunt.
