To all you art lovers out there…

Most of you know nothing in the ways of safe packing, installation/deinstallation, or logistics. It’s not a course they teach in art school, but they should. You have no idea how deep this rabbit hole goes.

I spent ten years in fine art logistics, both hands-on and in the planning stages, with Artemis Fine Art Services (defunct since my retirement). I’ve dealt with art from Manhattan to Hollywood and all points in between. I mean ALL POINTS. From Christie’s & Sotheby’s, to movie stars and billionaires, and nameless indie artists in Brooklyn lofts full of pee-pee bottles. I’ve done it all. I won’t go into the lifer politicians who have billions of dollars in art stored in caverns for equity. I’m not ready to die yet.

Dallas is a mega art collector’s city, but it’s mostly on the down-low. If you have logistical or safety concerns for your collection, I can quietly assist with your concerns and point you in the right directions for the next steps rather than provide Art Logistics Corporations with your private information first thing out of the gate. Discretion will be key.
