Lately?

I’ve written a couple-dozen new songs. I perform at various Dallas area open mics and host my own from time to time. Sometimes, I just set up on a street corner and play. That’s my favorite.

I’ve recently gone through a bit of a transformation. After 2 years of near-continuous practice and dedication to something I’ve craved my entire life, I’m no longer some dude who can manipulate the guitar enough to squeak out an amateur performance. I’m a guitar player. With practice, I could play just about anything, even if that practice took a year lol. You catch my drift.

My performances, in person and online, are still an act. Some kind of oddly talented karaoke masquerade in coffee houses and on street corners. My words have power and meaning, and the performance should naturally match the message. I have work to do.
