Pulsing orb in the eastern sky with the sun behind it

My son and I were on the way to school. We’ve driven this road every morning for five years, and never seen anything like it. As to my knowledge and experience, this isn’t the flight path for either DFW or Love Field. The light pulsed in the sky, totally motionless for around ninety seconds before disappearing completely. Too high to be a helicopter; too still to be an aircraft on approach. Also, it was illuminated with the sun behind it, not shadowed. My son is ten, has been to Space Camp, and is one of those “young Sheldon” super genius kids. He has ZERO interest in the paranormal. I’ve been trying to get him to watch AGE OF DISCLOSURE for over a month; no interest. We high fived all the way to school where I promptly instructed him not to say anything to anyone. Not in 2026 America.
